ACADEMIC PROGRAMS: UNDERGRAD

Below is information related to our undergraduate BFA curriculum in ceramics. We are currently a 120 hour, 4 year program which follows an eight semester “critical path” to graduation, the core of which is outlined below. In the 3rd and 4th year of the BFA (once a student has been accepted as a major in ceramics) they are given a semi- private studio and begin to matriculate through a series of advanced courses which build technical and critical skills both in ceramics and the field of the visual arts on the whole.
