SUMMARY:Art + Design Preview
DESCRIPTION:Get oriented!\n\nArt & Design Preview is a two-day program hosted by the College of Art & Design. The program allows incoming freshmen and transfer students to get oriented and situated on campus before the semester begins. As a participant\, you will receive an insider’s tour of studios\, buildings\, and shops; do some academic warm-up work in the studio and lecture hall; and spend time with the learning experts from the Center for Academic Success to see how they can help you achieve academic excellence. Most importantly\, Art & Design Preview provides an opportunity to meet your classmates before the semester begins. This program is free; the only associated costs are an early dorm move-in fee and meals. \nDownload the 2015 Art & Design Preview schedule. \nDates & Times\nAugust 13\, 2015—Early Dorm Access/Move-in\nAugust 14–15\, 2015—Art & Design Preview \nArt & Design Preview begins on Friday\, August 14\, 2015\, at 9:30 a.m. in the LSU Design Building.
