“Decolonizing Design: The Intersection of Racism + Interior Design”

This exhibition explores The School of Interior Design’s efforts to decolonize design through public programs, faculty development, and studios focused on studying racialized design. The exhibition not only shares student projects focused decolonizing design, but invites viewers join in the students’ exploration of their own identity, power, and privilege. Visitors can listen to student poetry and write their own poems to share in the exhibition.
