As program coordinator for the School of Art, Caila leads logistics for the school’s many events and receptions, program management, development and outreach, and communications.
Caila received her Master of Public Administration from LSU and brings a wealth of experience across the economic development, nonprofit management, and public policy sectors. As a Baton Rouge native, she has a love for fostering connections and a deep commitment to community engagement and public service, having worked with numerous state and local organizations such as Keep Louisiana Beautiful, AmeriCorps, Forum225, and the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana. She joined the School of Art staff in 2025.
