Wenfei Feng, MArch 1993, is the founder and principal of WFA Design in Shanghai, China. WFA specializes in the planning and design of luxury villas and town homes, custom estates, and clubhouses in high-end residential, golf, and resort communities. The firm is committed to providing original, high-quality, and cost-effective designs that are sensitive to the projects’ function, site, context, and sustainability. WFA creates distinctive homes with a respect for classical forms and has a meticulous attention to detail. Its signature style draws upon classical English, French, Italian, Mediterranean, and traditional Chinese influences to reflect authentic details and a sophisticated sense of place. The firm won the 2016 PCBC Gold Nugget Award of Merit for Best International Residential Detached Project. WFA also won China’s Best Luxury Villa Design Award in 2013, the Gold Award of Chinese Annual Review of Architectural Design in 2015, and the Gold Award of Chinese Architectural Society’s Classical Residential Design in 2015.
