Landscape Architecture
Andrea Galinski is a 2012 Master Plan Outreach and Engagement team member with expertise in visual communication and design thinking. Her work focuses on using visual language to illustrate complex socio-environmental issues and engage greater public discourse. Prior to her current position, Andrea worked at LSU’s Coastal Sustainability Studio (CSS), an interdisciplinary studio comprised of designers, coastal scientists and engineers. Andrea received her MLA from the Robert Reich School of Landscape Architecture in 2010, and shortly after worked at the school as an adjunct faculty member. Interests include: regional and urban landscape design; super-wicked environmental problems; ecologic infrastructure; landscape representation.
