Jonathan Heltz received a Bachelor of Architecture from LSU in 1998 and is an associate and project architect at Coleman Partners Architects, LLC, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Jonathan recently completed the construction documents on a new, 152-room Holiday Inn Resort on a historic site in Gulfport, Mississippi, that has long been a landmark site on the Gulf Coast. The hotel project is the first part of a multi-phase development to renovate all of the remaining historic buildings in cooperation with the Mississippi Department of Archives and History and the National Park Service for historic preservation tax credits.
