Randazzo’s clientele and project types include embassies, law firms, government affairs, high-tech computer labs, corporate headquarters, healthcare, and historic renovations. Project locations span from DC, New York, Virginia, and mid-Atlantic metropolitan areas to Beijing and Africa. S3I emphasizes creativity, innovation, and sustainable design practices.
