Juried Student Art Show February 3-17, 2012

The Art Unbound juried student art show is a university-wide competition produced in partnership by the LSU Press and the LSU School of Art that seeks the highest quality of students’ artistic expression in visual art. Using books as the subject (and as the medium if you choose), we ask students to create a work of visual art inspired by the deep relationship between visual arts and the written word. We encourage inventive interpretation, creative use of materials, and memorable exploration of the theme. Accepted work will be featured in the 2012 Art Unbound student art show at LSU’s Foster Gallery.
