October 25, 2014 - November 30, 2014

Where You Stay At? presents a range of artists that each hold a relationship with the Southern region, a place full of triumphs and absurdities. This P3+ exhibit at Ten Gallery + Collective in New Orleans, curated by LSU School of Art instructor and alumnus Jonathan Mayers, features thoughtful works which draw upon the idea of existing and engaging in this environment, an extension of Franklin Sirmans’s curatorial theme for Prospect 3, which references Southern existentialism, but focuses more specifically on southern Louisiana. Works in the exhibit include sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, painting, collage, and photography. The artists curated into the exhibit are Simon Alleman, Carrie Ann Baade, Silas Breaux, Sarah House, Kelli Scott KelleyAustyn-marie Mayers, Herb Roe, and Michael Williams.
