Matthew Carter presented a lecture titled “Bruce Rogers’ Centaur Type” Wednesday, November 15, at the LSU Design Building. A reception followed at the Hill Memorial Library.

Matthew Carter is an internationally renowned British type designer with fifty years of experience in typographic technologies ranging from hand-cut punches to computer fonts, including Verdana, Bell Centennial, Snell Roundhand, and Galliard.
