Jacob is a talented urban designer with a passion for how landscape architecture, architecture and marketing intersect to create beautiful community-oriented spaces. His professional and educational experiences in architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, interiors and graphic design allow him to understand and design using various perspectives and scales. His Louisiana roots inspire his passion for how natural ecology and culture can affect communities, cities and states. When Jacob is not designing inclusive and engaging spaces, he can be found hiking, socializing at local happy hours, or obsessing over 1960s art movements.
Participated in the 2024 LCRI workshop under Traci Birch, providing design expertise to rural Louisiana towns.

Courtney Chase Jones is a registered architect in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is also recognized as a Construction Documents Technologist, Certified Architectural Drafter, and Apprentice Mechanical Drafter. Beginning her professional career in the construction industry at the age of 16, she has a rich history of working alongside engineers, contractors, and architects. With the assortment of her gained knowledge, Courtney approaches each project and design with a wholistic mindset and the ability to solve problems through multiple lenses. Courtney strives to meaningfully contribute to her hometown of New Orleans through a variety of commercial and residential projects, with her professional work continuing to focus on visual communication, details, continuous learning, and artisan relationships.

Bein, Henry
Henry Bein is a registered architect in Louisiana. Since 2018, he has worked professionally with Kevin Harris Architect, LLC on custom residential, ecclesiastical, and historic preservation projects across Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Henry specializes in classical and traditional architecture and currently serves as the Education Committee Chairman for the Louisiana Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art.
Morgan, Erin Hill
An LSU School of Architecture graduate, Erin has enjoyed a rich career of work in Houston, Atlanta, and Baton Rouge, which she and her family have called home for the past 14 years.
A skilled architect and project manager, Erin is adept at all phases of design from planning through construction. Erin leads Tipton Associates’ dedicated Dining Studio, where she and the team focus on higher education dining facilities, creating dynamic environments for universities across the country.
Erin enjoys working on her home renovation projects and baking for family and friends. She is actively involved in her church, where she volunteers in the children and sports ministries. Erin decided to become an architect at the age of 10 after visiting the office of a family friend. She remains enamored by the design process and watching ideas become reality.
