The LSU College of Art & Design will host the second Annual Scholarship Reception and Presentation on Thursday, September 17, 2015, in the LSU Design Building Atrium. The reception begins at 6 p.m. and will be followed by the presentation of scholarships. This is a private event for scholarship recipients, their families, donors, and faculty.

The event serves as an opportunity to honor of 2015–16 scholarship recipients as well as the donors who made the scholarships possible. In addition to recognizing the scholarship recipients, the presentations serves as a means for donors and students to learn more about one another and the history behind the awards. Parents and families of the students will be able to visit the various studios and see the students’ current projects.

The event recognizes the scholarships established directly through the LSU Foundation for LSU College of Art & Design students.
